Our Principal Solicitor, Theresa Ham, advises clients in a range of matters including Property transactions, creation of Enduring Powers of Attorney, Ward of Court applications, disputes and Employment Law.
Theresa has extensive experience industrial relations and in Employment Law representing both employees and employers.
Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor Theresa worked in various Industrial Relations roles including 3 years as an Employee Relations Manager for a large Irish Corporate and 4 years as a Trade Union official.
Theresa has a particular interest in helping clients manage difficult and complex issues.
As a general practice Solicitor, Theresa is also experienced in the areas of Conveyancing, Wills, Probate, Litigation and Family Law.
Theresa is also commited to working on behalf of vulnerable clients and on Social Justice projects as part of her practice.

Nicola joined the practise in 2018 having previously worked in private practise in a city centre firm for 25 years. She brings with her a wealth of experience in general practice and in all aspects of litigation having worked extensively in both the Circuit Court and High Court .
Nicola is an experienced practitioner in the areas of litigation and dispute resolution, advising on all areas of litigation including Personal Injury.
Nicola was educated at University College Dublin where she graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Law (BCL) subsequently qualifying as a Solicitor.
Nicola is also experienced in Conveyancing, Property Law, Licensing, Wills, Probate and Estates.
Clodagh works in the practice as a Legal Executive.
